EFCC Arrests Five Internet Fraudsters (Yahoo boys) Recovers N31 Million
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC arrested five yahoo boys in Lagos State recovers N31 Million
The Suspects name are as follows Moses Gold, Paul Duru, Daniel Effiong and Eke Kelechi
There were suspicious transaction in a new generation bank.
A suspicious transaction was observed in an account belonging to Duru, after he received N63 million.
Statement made by EFCC on Wednesday said he was subsequently arrested by operatives of the EFCC.
In arrest lead to the apprehension of his associates.
“Investigations revealed that Duru was hired by Effiong, a “catfisher”, who presented himself as Arbara Williams, a 27-year-old Caucasian.

“A “catfisher” is a person who uses the internet online dating websites to lure people into romance scam.
Duru had a ‘picker’ in the United States, John T. Benn, who received money in dollars and sent to him.
The rest of his associates were arrested for involving in love scam and will be charge to court shortly.
